Court Intro

 [She may have been raised as a princess but Ahim was tough. She knew that if she wanted something she was going to have to work for it and she would have to find her own way to get it. The first step was joining up with the pirates and that worked out grand. But now there was more that she wanted. Since giving up the greatest treasure, there was a yearning for what she had. 

Not to change the past because there was a bond with her crew she would never be able to give up now. But to change the future.

If you become a queen you can bring back the dead. And she hoped to do just that. Her family, her entire planet. Her wish was grand but she would attain it with her own two hands.

With that in mind, she had walked straight through that door without any hesitation into a land where her clothing suddenly turned into horrible 2nd rate cotton. Well this wasn't something they told her about. She patted down her flaccid coat  and started to panic just a tiny bit. All of her stuff was also gone; her weapons, her cellular. Everything.]

There is. Also sometimes challenges pop up and create more chances to get silver like it was an objective. But there's plenty of time for that. Getting settled is definitely the most important.

And maybe some better quality clothes.

[fairtidings]

I'll have to learn more about these challenges. That sounds a little more promising than unknown objectives.

[And she pauses, a very light flush on her cheeks as she turns away just slightly.]

Yes, these clothes. I really do need to replace them as soon as I can.

[ohmyblack]

Do you want to do that today? I'll show you the shop and, why don't we get something you like as a welcoming present.

[fairtidings]

[That does catch her off guard just slightly. Either she's met up with a fine gentleman or there's something that he wanted. She smiles at him regardless.]

That would be very generous of you, Ian-san. And when we've only just met?

[ohmyblack]

I'm one of the more high ranked people here and have money that I don't need to spend on myself. It'll go to better use being spent to give someone who just got here an easier time adjusting, don't you think?

[Gentleman. She found the perfect gentleman.]

[fairtidings]

[Much like the gentlemen of the her court back at home. He certainly acts as gallant as they did when they were chasing for her hand. That was a long time ago, however.]

Then I shall take you up on your friendly gesture, Ian-san. It was definitely a great fortune that I have crossed paths with you.

[Then with a slightly softer tone and less of her princess demeanour.]

[It was more that did his best. He bought entire trucks of flowers for girls when he wasn't financially stable and here, he had more disposable income than he could hope for. Why not make a girl who was clearly not comfortable with her current clothes happier and get her something she would love.]

[Definitely somebody that she's going to want to keep around then. She brushes down her drabby clothes and follows his lead.]

Do you think they would have anything that would suit me here?

[ohmyblack]

I'm sure they'll have something in the Shoppe. [Really, the clothes she has are just cheap versions of what she normally would wear so it does give Ian an idea of what he should look for.]

[fairtidings]

[In that case she may leave it in his hands just to see what his taste would be. Although, going by what he was wearing now, she had a feeling he would pick out something fitting.]

I'm rather interested to see the range they'll have at this Shoppe.

[ohmyblack]

[Yeah, black leather is definitely a statement that someone may or may not be conscious of their fashion choices. Ian definitely was aware of how he looked.]

There's probably something in the department of frills and lace. You didn't come with anything on you so, chances are the things you lost are in the Shoppe waiting to be bought back. That likely includes your regular clothes.

[Pink, frills and lace. All of the things that make this Princess who she is.]

Being able to wear articles from my own wardrobe is definitely appealing. It is rather interesting that a store would have items of mine when I have only just arrived here.

[ohmyblack]

Well, you didn't have your items when you arrived. [And saying that, they're in the shoppe and should go looking through the clothes.]

[fairtidings]

[There was definitely a surprising large selection and if given the time and bottomless wallet, she could be here all day going through everything but the most important thing now would be to replace her current outfit with its better version. She's going to start going through all the pink outfits she can find.]

This store works as a centre for all my belongings upon arrival? I suppose a lot of you have returned here often in that case.

[ohmyblack]

Yeah, if you have other things, once you get the silver you can buy them back. Large things though like weapons need to be bought at the Theatre for something a bit more costly. Either additional objectives or something that effects your personality in some way.

[fairtidings]

[Her weapons, she will need to get them back as soon as she's able to but for now she's going to not talk about them. He may just be taking care of her thinking she's a dainty girl that needs to be looked after.]

Something that affects your personality in some way? That seems rather curious.

[ohmyblack]

[He knows not to judge a girl's ability. She just was polite.]

It's something that happens regularly as well, depending on challenges.

[fairtidings]

[She manages to somehow find the identical outfit she's wearing but the genuine, good quality version. For a few moments she's just touching the fabric. Definitely taken this for granted and never will again.]

Are there any examples that I should be wary of in regards to this personality changing?

[ohmyblack]

It's stuff like lowering your inhibitions, being forced to tell the truth, losing a sense like hearing or sight. Sometimes it gets extreme like completely changing your gender.

[fairtidings]

That certainly sounds like something I would prefer to avoid. The benefits seem to be worth the punishment so I will have to take that into consideration. I take it that you have experienced this yourself?

[ohmyblack]

I've had inhibition blockers a few times and I've lost my hearing. King had switched his gender a couple of times as well.

[fairtidings]

[ She's going to take this dress so she's taking it off the hanger now before too many other things catch her eye. ]

King is a friend of yours? Switching genders and losing hearing both sound like rather difficult punishments.

[ohmyblack]

Yeah, we came here from the same place but, he ended up being sent back home recently. And the hearing was hard but, I'm pretty sure he had a lot of fun being a girl.

[fairtidings]

Your friend sounds like a very interesting person. It would have been nice to have met him too. I am looking forward to having some adventures here of my own.

You will. There will be plenty of adventures to be had as long as they don't involve going anywhere.
